Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding holidays.

If you do not receive an order shipment notification and it has been more than 48 hours, please contact our customer service team and email myvitaltea@outlook.com for assistance.

Delivery times depending on the season. Usually take 5-7 days, except in the event of force majeure (e.g. bad weather; strikes, etc.).

Vital Tea will not be responsible for any errors made by the shipping courier, such as delayed or lost/stolen items.
